This workbook, a companion to Juta’s Annual Labour Law Seminar 2022, contains a comprehensive survey of leading judgments, arbitration awards and legislative developments for the year under review, arranged in logical sections for ease of reference. It provides a handy source of recent case law in the ever-changing field of labour and employment law, dealing with issues which frequently arise in the workplace, arbitration proceedings or in the courts. Some of the cases will be discussed during the seminar by a panel of experts and may give rise to questions for them to address. This workbook can then be kept as a reference source until the next issue of the update.
